Many veterans have difficulty adjusting to civilian life after service. Whether it’s mental or physical, these issues are causing veteran unemployment rates to be higher than civilian unemployment rates.

Rudiment’s goal is to help find alternative employment for those veterans who find it difficult or are unable to join the workforce.
